Kami Steel - Pan Turner and Block Ejectors

Kami has developed a pan/frame turner for surimi production that turns the frozen blocks upside down before entering the block ejectors.

The Pan Turner monitors if it is a fillet frame or a Surimi pan to be ejected next and push the block to a block ejector or a Surimi Ejector mounted on each side of the Turner.

Capacity is 18 to 20 blocks per minute.

This machine combination eliminates heavy lifting and injuries from falling pans and frames.
