Kami Steel - Scalping Machine
Kami has developed a scalping machine designed to cut and recover the firm neck meat of the fish.
The scalping machine is an opportunity to optimize the production of surimi and thereby increasing the profit. This machine should be an attachment on all filleting machines in a surimi production.
Given that 2-3 million tons of fish are caught every year for the surimi production it is important to reduce the waste – another important advantage of the scalping machine.
